Just another instance of tattoo machinery falling into the wrong hands…
When it comes to tattooing, many people have regrets. Ideas that once seemed hip and cool when you were young just don’t seem to make sense any more, and these days studios are having to do more and more cover up work to hide these past mistakes.
What if you were 13 years of age? Do you think that at that time you would truly understand the implications of getting a tattoo?
